NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-002147 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARITZA LUCIANA ESTABIL RODRIGUEZ; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSE LARA N/K/A JOSE LARA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A GARGIELA LARA N/K/A GARGIELA LARA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 2nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
