NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 5, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-000964-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Marvin A. Johnson a/k/a Marvin Johnson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on March 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 2, TYSON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
