Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida described as:
THE NORTH 125 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1072 FEET OF THE WEST ½ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 270 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE WEST 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, ALL LYING AND BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 17148 Spring Valley Road, Dade City, Florida 33523, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on MAY 28, 2013, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
