YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, tahitian gardens condominium, incorporated, herein in the following described property:
Unit H, Building 53, TAHITIAN GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 106-110, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with and undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 326, Pages 509-627, and amendments thereto. With the street address of: 4375-H Tahitian Gardens Circle, Holiday, Florida, 34691.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Suite A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before April 8, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
