COMMENCE at the Northwest corner of said Villa Del Rio, Unit Two; thence run along the Westerly boundary line of said Villa Del rio, Unit Two, South 00 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds West, 313.38 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run South 89 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds East 146.65 feet; thence along the Westerly right-of-way line of La Pasida Lane as now established South 00 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds West, 38.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds West, 146.65 feet; thence along the Westerly boundary line of said Villa Del Rio, Unit Two, North 00 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds East 38.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan, PLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2727 West Cypress Creek Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before April 8, 2013 or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
