NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 12, 2013, in the above-styled cause, a Special Master will sell to the highest and best bidder at the Pasco County Courthouse, 38053 Live Oak Avenue, Dade City, Florida, 33523 at 10:00 A.M., on the 21st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Parcel 1: Lot 605, MIRASOL AT THE CHAMPIONS' CLUB, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page(s) 103 through 109, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ALSO
Parcel 2: Tract “A”, MIRASOL AT THE CHAMPIONS' CLUB, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page(s) 103 through 109, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
