NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 21, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-6128-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and ALEXANDER SHRAYFEL, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block P, SEA FOREST BEACH CLUB TOWNHOMES according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, Pages 92, 93, and 94 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
