Marino and Barbara L. Marino, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on May 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 203, BUILDING “E”, OF PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4211, PAGE 4284, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
