NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a an Order filed February 12, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-054405 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York,as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Holders of Sami II Trust 2006- AR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006- AR4 is the Plaintiff and Michael E. Warfield; Unknown Spouse of Michael E. Warfield; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com , beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 882, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 THROUGH 148, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
