YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Lee County, Florida:
The Westerly 110 feet of the South 60 feet of the North 260 feet of the East 350 feet (less State Road right-of-way) of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida (hereafter referred to as “Parcel 1”)

and

The South 60 feet of the North 260 feet of the East 350 feet, less the West 110 feet less State Road right-of-way of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida (hereafter referred to as “Parcel 2”).
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on John D. Agnew, Esq., the Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 280, Fort Myers, Florida 33902, on or before April 10, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
