NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 28, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-051058 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2005-AQ1 TRUST, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AQ1, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH L. WARE AND DONNA M. WARE; unknown tenant(s); plaintiff; unknown person(s) in possession of the subject property are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 55 AND 56, BLOCK 1071, UNIT 23, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 39 TO 52, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
