NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 28, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-053378 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-8, is the Plaintiff and JERONIMO VASQUEZ JR; JERONIMO VASQUEZ; FRANCISCA VASQUEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; unknown person(s) in possession of the subject property; PLAINTIFF are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on June 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS PLAN OF RIVERSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 3.
