NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 28, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-050985 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and SOLANGE VILARDELL HERNANDEZ A/K/A SOLANGE HERNANDEZ A/K/A SOLANGE VILARDELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SOLANGE VILARDELL HERNANDEZ A/K/A SOLANGE HERNANDEZ A/K/A SOLANGE VILARDELL; TIMBERWALK AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; unknown tenant(s); PLAINTIFF are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK A, TIMBERWALK AT THRE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED I PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 65 THROUGH 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
