NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 28, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-052451 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and PAMELA MAHONEY; JOHN MAHONEY; unknown tenants are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 17, UNIT 1, PALMONA PARK, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
