NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-001517WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 25th day of March, 2013, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 293, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF PARKWOOD ACRES SUBDIVISION, UNIT THREE, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; GO THENCE NORTH 89°17`04” WEST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 36, A DISTANCE OF 600.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°58`50” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 2,250.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE THENCE SOUTH 00°58`50” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 100.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°17`04” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 200.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°58`50” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 100.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°17`04” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 200.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE EAST 15 FEET THEREOF TO BE USED FOR UTILITY EASEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
