Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 143, PARKWOOD, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 56 THROUGH 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
