CLARK; TAMARA L. CLARK; ABLITT & CHARLTON, P.C.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 35, UNIT 9, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 65, AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
