NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 28, 2013, and entered in 12CA050616 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-6 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, is the Plaintiff and JOHN SMITH; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/KA/ BLANCA FIGUERO; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2; PLAINTIFF are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 3176, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
