NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non Jury Trial of Foreclosure filed February 28, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-053725 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Linda Doggett Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 1 day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 225, BUILDING 13631, OF MUSA AT DANIELS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION 'OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2006000193278, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
