Myers, Florida, Linda Doggett Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 29 day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF LOTS 14 AND 15, A RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 6 OF PIEDMONT GARDEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
