NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non Jury Trial of Foreclosure filed February 28, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-055367 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Linda Doggett Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 1 day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 58 AND 59, BLOCK 4732, UNIT 70, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 77, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
