NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed February 28, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-050630 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P, is Plaintiff, and BOBBY GUDVANGEN; TARA GUDVANGEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 1 day of April, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18-A, UNRECORDED RIVERDALE RANCHES, LYING IN THE EAST ½ OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE SOUTH ½ OF THE SOUTH ½ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES LYING 30 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST ½ OF THE WEST ½ OF THE EAST ½ OF SAID SECTION 4 LYING SOUTH OF THE SOUTHLINE OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SAID SECTION 4. ALSO SUBECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES LYING OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 30 FEET OF THE EAST ½ OF SAID SECTION 4.
