NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 1 day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-07086, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and JOSE PEREIRA DA SILVA A/K/A JOSE P. DA SILVA, SANDRA M.P. DA SILVA, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 4526, UNIT 64, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 82, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
