NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 2-19-13 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-021073 , of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and KEVIN A. STELLA, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 12, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK “A”, HEATHER LAKES, UNIT XXII, PHASE A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
