NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-005217 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables Llc 2005-fr4 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-fr4, is the Plaintiff and Grisette Alvarez-Bisbal, Grisbeth M. Martinez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Grisette Alvarez-Bisbal (Name Refused), are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
