NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated February 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-017698 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QS15 was the Plaintiff and JOHN P. LANTRY, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 18, BLOCK 9, BUCKHORN PRESERVE PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGES 67 1 THROUGH 67 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
