NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County shall sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 26, WALDEN LAKE UNIT 33-6, according to the map or plat thereof As recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 66, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on April 12, 2013.
Any personal claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
