NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-001049 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFASC HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and JASON HAWTHORNE; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
