NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 01, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-007541 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and AMANDA AREOPAGITA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMANDA AREOPAGITA N/K/A JOHN DOE; RICHARD E GLOVER, II A/K/A RICHARD GLOVER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD E GLOVER, II A/K/A RICHARD GLOVER N/K/A JANE DOE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JANE DOE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
