NAFFZIGER; WALDEN LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JULIA JACKSON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CHRIS JACKSON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
