NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 26, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-003327 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BRIAN WARD; CAPITAL ONE BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A FRANCES SWEENEY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP SOUTH 28, RANGE EAST 17, FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4, RUN WEST 724.15 FEET TO POINT ON SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF MEMORIAL HIGHWAY; NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE HIGHWAY 251.85 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; SOUTH 47 DEGREES WEST 175 FEET, NORTH 43 DEGREES WEST 60 FEET, NORTH 47 DEGREES EAST 175 FEET AND SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG HIGHWAY 60 FEET TO BEGINNING, SITUATE. LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
