NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated aJanuary 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-028670 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KHALID RIAZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KHALID RIAZ N/K/A MAMOONA RIAZ; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 624 IN BUILDING 600 OF GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED FEBRUARY 9, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
