NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 26, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08 7780 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS INCORPORATED ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-18 is the Plaintiff and BLANCA FELICIANO A/K/A BLANCA I. FELICIANO; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
A PART OF LOTS 10, 11, 12, 22, 23, 24, 25 AND 26 BLOCK 4, ARMENIA COURT ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 48, SAID LANDS SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS. BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 24, BLOCK 4, OF SAID ARMENIA COURT, AND RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY LOT LINE OF LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 24, A DISTANCE OF 3.35 FEET, THEN RUN NORTH 54.24 FEET TO A POINT 7 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH LOT LINES OF LOT 3 THROUGH 9, BLOCK 4, OF SAID ARMENIA COURT, THENCE RUN WEST 172.88 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF ST. PETER STREET, SAID POINT BEING 7 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 9, BLOCK 4 OF SAID ARMENIA COURT, THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUDNARY OF ST. PETER STREET A DISTANCE OF 62 FEET, THENCE RUN EAST 172.84 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 24, BLOCK 4, OF SAID ARMENIA COURT, THENCE RUN NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID EASTA BOUNDARY OF LOT 24, TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
