NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the April day of 18th 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk shall offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 11 of Mango Ridge Townhomes, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 103, Page 71, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
with the property address of 11610 Mango Ridge Blvd., Seffner, FL 33584
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in Civil No. 11 15825 pending in the CIRCUIT Court of the thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
