NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Liens, entered in this action on the 19th day of February, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 3, Block 5, Westchase Sections 302 and 304, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 10 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 10429 Greenhedges Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
