NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-005218, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RUTH A DENITTIS; COUNTRY PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; JESSICA COURTNEY THERESA DENITTIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS M DENITTIS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 25th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41 BLOCK 11, COUNTRY PLACE UNIT III-B, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
