NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CO-026044 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, County Division, wherein FAIROAKS SOUTH, INC. is the Plaintiff, and HILARY HALL, BOBBY ROSENBERG, AND WEST SHORE PHARMACY are the Defendants. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on April 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 32, BUILDING M, FAIR OAKS SOUTH ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3767, PAGE 1133, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA
