NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-013631 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, asTrustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE5, is the Plaintiff and Alberto Duncan, Omayra Duncan, Cedar Creek at Country Run Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 15th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
