NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-018343 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of October 1, 2006 Securitized Asset-Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-WM2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WM2, is the Plaintiff and Gloria Williams, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for WMC Mortgage Corp., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 15th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
