TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF THE EAST 205 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK “D” AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF THE EAST 205 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK “D”.
AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR THE MAIL BOX DESCRIBED AS THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF THE NORTH 35 FEET OF THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK “D”.

HAMNER'S HOMESTEAD ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
