Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated February 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-009374 DIV. I, in the COUNTY Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein COPPERFIELD TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and ISRAEL CORTES-MORALES, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 6, COPPERFIELD TOWNHOMES, acording to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 2, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, together with an undivided interest in Parcel “A.”
Also known as 8616 Cobbler Place, Tampa, FL 33615.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of April, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
