NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-14594 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2006-5 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Oscar Wrves, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, Jesenia Olivera Escodero, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 10th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
