NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29 2009 CA 020148, DIVISION I, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff and KAREN PARRISH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN PARRISH IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANTS(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR ORHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN, TENANTS IN POSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 25 day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 8, BRANDON VALRICO HILLS ESTATES SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 904 CARRIE COVE, VALRICO, FL 33594
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
