NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26,2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-011904 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-AC5, is the Plaintiff and Edward I. Utterback a/k/a Edward Utterback, Brookshire Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
