NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-027914 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and STEVEN BOWERS A/K/A STEVEN B. BOWERS A/K/A STEVEN BRUCE BOWERS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 30 South, Range 21 East, run thence North, a distance of 137.00 feet along the East boundary of the Northeast 1/4, thence run West, a distance of 2400.61 feet, thence run North, a distance of 1554.00 feet, thence run West, a distance of 250.00 feet; thence run South, a distance of 10.00 feet, thence run West, a distance of 80.00 feet; to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence run South 14 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 170.76 feet, thence run West, a distance of 200.70 feet, thence run North 18 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 218.57 feet, thence run East, a distance of 186.35 feet; thence run South 14 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 43.67 feet to the Point of Beginning, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
