NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-005414 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, SERIES 2004-GEL1 is the Plaintiff and NESTOR FIGUEROA; ELOINA FIGUEROA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARJORIE MANN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MICHAEL MANN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
