NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-023224 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”), Plaintiff, and JOHN FERRER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN FERRER N/K/A ANNETTE FERRER; CITY OF TAMPA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RACHEL PENNINGTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A RUBEN PENNINGTON, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 8, EL CERRO SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON NORTH.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
