Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment dated February 13, 2013, in Case No. 11-CA-014161 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which BPD Bank is the plaintiff and Donald Jackson and Joyce Jackson are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on April 1, 2013, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 23 and the South 9 feet of Lot 24, Block 3, together with the East half of vacated alleyway abutting on the West thereof, PLANDOME HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 13, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus form the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty days after the sale.
