NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-005959 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and , JOSEPH W. WELLS; and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; and PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT AND COUNTY COURTS; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), N/K/A RICHARD VOLZ are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 6.00 FEET OF LOT 20 AND ALL OF LOT 21 AND THAT PART OF LOT 22 LYING WEST AND SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF DRAINAGE DITCH NO. 2A PINELLAS PARK DRAINAGE DISTRICT 2, SAID CENTERLINE BEING REFERENCED IN EXHIBIT A-2 AND EXHIBIT B SHEET 1 IN QUIT CLAIM DEED DATED 12/31/1952 AND RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 1410, PAGE(S) 199-204, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, BLOCK B, PARADISE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
