Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 12009354CO, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
LOT D-7, AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF GREEN VALLEY ESTATES UNIT TWO OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 52 THROUGH 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED THEREON AND TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL OTHER OWNERS OF LOTS WITHIN TRACTS 'A' AND 'B' OF SAID GREEN VALLEY ESTATES UNIT TWO FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, AND THE USE OF ALL COMMON AREAS OWNED BY GREEN VALLEY ESTATES VILLAS ASSOCIATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, NOT FOR PROFIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH GREEN VALLEY ESTATES VILLAS DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS AS RECORDED IN O.R. 5240, PAGE 744, ET SEQ., AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on April 5, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
